Hotel accommodations for the 2022 CMO Summit will be located at the historic Hotel Boulderado. Touted as one of the most famous landmarks in Boulder, it is located in the heart of downtown, one block away from the popular Pearl Street Mall.
All rooms are elegantly appointed with charming décor, plush furnishings and modern amenities. Enjoy sweeping views of Downtown Boulder, the Rocky Mountain foothills and the Boulder Flatirons.

We are pleased to provide a shuttle service from Denver International Airport to the Hotel Boulderado during peak times when a bulk of guests are arriving and departing. Below is when the shuttle service will be offered. If your flight arrives outside these times, securing transportation via taxi, Uber or Lyft is encouraged as the hotel does not offer a shuttle of its own.
Arrivals: On November 7, shuttles from the Denver International Airport to the Hotel Boulderado will run every hour, on the hour from 11:00 to 19:00 (11:00, 12:00, 13:00….). Shuttle pickup will be at Door 512 (southwest corner of the main terminal, just outside the United Airlines Baggage Claim. There will be a staff person on location with our CMO Summit Signage. If you are a designated speaker, a car service has been arranged.
Departures: On November 10, shuttles from the Hotel Boulderado to the Denver International Airport will run every hour, on the hour from 13:00 to 16:00 (13:00, 14:00…). Vehicles will be staged outside the main entrance to the hotel on 13th Street. On November 11, shuttles from the Hotel Boulderado to the Denver International Airport will depart at the following specified times: 09:00, 10:00, and 13:00. Vehicles will be staged outside the main entrance to the hotel on 13th Street. If you are a designated speaker, a car service has been arranged.
What to WearTuesday and Wednesday: For the conference portion of the week, including site tours, please see the below information:
- Business Casual with jacket (tie options, no jeans) for all meeting sessions and evening events.
- Please bring a light jacket and wear comfortable shoes since we will be walking each day.
- Safety requirements at Longmont and Boulder Sites state: “There can be no skirts or shoes with heels or open toes. No perfumes, fragrances or jewelry.”
- Jeans and closed-toed shoes
- Dress in layers as this is a ‘fresh air event’ where we will be outside, but there will be coverings should they be needed
