Marijana has 20 years of experience in Biotechnology and Biopharmaceuticals. Marijana started her career at DSM Biologics, Groningen, where she held various scientific and management positions: Scientist DSP Process Development, Head DSP Process Development, Project Manager CMO Projects, Program Manager Technology Development. In addition, she held commercial and business positions in DSM Biologics and Patheon Biologics: New Business Development and Key Account Manager. Marijana joined Sanofi in 2016, where she held various Business Management and Strategy roles. In her present role, Head Strategic Sourcing Cell and Gene Therapy, she is responsible for the Outsourcing of Cell and Gene Therapy Programs.

Thomas has 30 years of experience in the Biotech industry and has been responsible for the general management of Alphalyse since its inception in 2002. He has a deep passion for and expertise in mass spectrometry and its possibilities for detailed molecule analysis.
Kasper Møller, Chief Technical Officer, AGC Biologics
Kasper has several decades of biopharmaceutical technical expertise, both in academic and private company settings. Throughout his time at AGC Biologics, he has served in multiple roles focused on biopharmaceutical technology, including the General Manager for our Copenhagen facility, Principal Scientist, Vice President of Process Development, and Vice President of Manufacturing.
Giuliana Vallanti, Global Cell and Gene Development and R&D, AGC Biologics
Giuliana is one of the brightest minds in the cell and gene therapy field. She has strong experience in the development and industrialization of T- and hematopoietic cell transduction processes with lentiviral and retroviral vectors. Her work has helped AGC Biologics develop its global GMP processes for vector production and purification in close systems.
